Wellbeing of carers in spotlight
A number of drop-in events are being held across the region, where experts will be on hand to offer advice on everything from making lifestyle changes to keeping healthy, heating your home and claiming benefits.
Eligible carers will also have the opportunity to have their own health checked.
Martin Leach, carers project co-ordinator at North East Lincolnshire Care Trust Plus, said: "Many people may not realise they are a carer, as they just see it as looking after a loved one or friend, but there are a lot of services available to help support people in North East Lincolnshire."
The drop-in events are taking place at:
Immingham Civic Centre, in Pelham Road, on January 28, from noon to 3pm.
Ramsdens, Cleethorpe Road, Grimsby, on February 2, from 10am to 3pm.
B&Q, Peaks Parkway, Grimsby, on February 9, from 10am to 3pm.
All Saints Church, High Street, Waltham on February 15, from 10am to 1pm.
Humberston C of E Primary School, Church Lane, on February 22, from 10am to 3pm.
Willows Primary School, Queensway, Grimsby, on February 25, from 10am to 3pm.
